PennsylvaniaDCHOF Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 (edited) The Pennsylvania Drum Corps Hall of Fame Induction Breakfast will once again take place in the 2nd Floor Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza in Harrisburg, Pa. on April 19th, the morning following the Serenade In Brass. This year's Induction Class will be our largest since our Charter Class of 2005. We expect to induct more then 30 members in 5 different levels of membership. As was annouced at last year's Breakfast 2 new levels have been added; a Meritorious Service Award and Honorary Membership. A list of the Inductees will be forthcoming next week after our Certification Committee has gone over all of the nomination forms submitted this year and after the new Inductees have been notified. For those of you on the Five Star Brass mailing list a flyer regarding the Hall of Fame Breakfast will be enclosed. If you wish to make your reservation early you may contact our Vice Chairman, Mr. Gary Matczak via his email address which is gjmaia@erie.net. Or at his business phone which is 814-836-8500. Naturally all who attend the Serenade In Brass are welcome to attend the Induction Breakfast as well. It is truly a great ending to a great weekend of Drum Corps Comradery.
