well this sounds like great news towards the first step forward...assuming it all gets approved. but would there be a huge need for another "venue?" (presuming this means looking at purchasing a smaller version of a corps hall:) why not just try to find a school for your monthly camps and move in? i'm not sure of the stats on this but i'd be willing to bet a significant amount of corps don't have their own "hall." yeah i'm sure its nice for storage.

of course if i read into this wrong, than my previous statement is void, but it sounds like a solid move to coming back.
