steelcityrabbit
Sounds like the sort of thing ballplayers used to try to get away with on their baseball cards back in the day.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ripkenffcard.jpg A subject I am just as involved with as drum corps, baseball cards. !989 Fleer card of Billy Ripken, kid brother of Cal Jr., is holding a bat and on the knob it very clearly says "f**k face". When it 1st came out, Fleer tried to pull all their cards but many got out. It was at the time going for $200.00. Now you can get one for around $10 - $20. Back in the 50's, a player actually had the batboy pose as him. I had a T-Shirt from my teen years that said, "Forty F****in' Niners", everytime I wore it, I would end up seeing someone from church. Northern Thunder
I can't post a link, because it doesn't appear anywhere on the net. (At least that I know of.)
ironlung75
I think the alumni are going to be selling that shirt as a tribute to Merc and Pete Mitchell, both in the picture and both wearing the shirts. Both Dead center on the cover of Drum Corps News, not World (sorry Steve) Yes we are Muchachos, we are from Jersey and if you don't like it don't read the shirt! Thank you for your support.
