Eddie Posted October 7, 2006 Share Posted October 7, 2006 http://marching-in-okayama.net The 2006 Marching in Okayama contest kicks off on Sunday, October 8th with concerts at the Sanyo Shinbun Corporate Plaza and Okayama Eki Mae Plaza, followed by a parade along the Omotecho Shopping District. On Monday, October 9th, 40 groups from around Japan will be performing at the Okayama City Multi-Culture Center, including Jokers Drum & Bugle Corps, The Yokohama Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps, Legend of Angles Drum & Bugle Corps, The Star of Phoenix, Maboroshi Brass & Percussion Corps, and Yamato Drum & bugle Corps, with guess performances by Dave Ellis and Tim Jackson.
