I think many of you on DCP are participants. I'm not sure that, from the "inside" you get the same perspective. From the standpoint of someone who as been only an observer for many years, the QUALITY of the product has just ramped up year after year. And yes, one clear demonstration of where DCA (corps', members, staff, DCA admin, et al) have brought this; is the quality of corps from first to last.
