I had known about drum corps for a while and saw a couple of different shows. But I was never amazed until I saw the Cadets Between Angels and Demons this past year. My jaw literally dropped with that incredible drill at the end. Ever since then I have been completely and totally obsessed with all things drum corps! This was on video, I'm going this year to Night Beat for my very first live show with my high school marching band before band camp starts and I'm really excited!!

The Iron Knights, in their first season will be doing "Coming Home" featuring the music of rock bands Lynyrd Skynyrd and Iron Maiden as well as an arrangement of "Goin' Home" by Robert Foster.

Hello, this is yet another first post. I am a huge fan of drum corps, and have still yet to march in drum corps, although I am a junior in the Clayton High School Marching Band now and hope to march with either the Madison Scouts or Carolina Crown in the 2013 season. I would like to make tons of friends and be able to talk about drum corps a lot on here, since its my favorite thing to talk about for sure.
