It was awsome and one of the main reasons is that it was MC'd by the two most professional communication personalities of our time, Fran Haring and Mark Riley. You both led the event to epic proportions. It was a very memorable evening everything was perfect, the food, the speakers, and the musical entertainment. Thanks go to everyone who came to pay tribute to this great man. Again, it was just a perfect night.

The Organizers realized that there was not going to be a perfect time for everyone so if you cannot make it then please be there in spirit. Also, nothing stops the sending of a donation to the Scholarship Fund.

There will be a Memorial Gathering to celebrate the life of Gene Bennett Jr. The man was a teacher, an adjudicator, a mentor, a husand and a father. He touched so many lives that everyone who knew him just want a final farewell. So here's your chance: It will be held .April 4th at the Upsky Hotel..110 Motor Pkwy, Hauppage, L.I. NY the time will be from 6pm until 10pm...All friends and Family are welcome to attend. There will be food and beverages available so come and join the Bennett family in paying tribute to Gene's life and legacy. Mrs. Bennett offers sincere apologies to those unable to attend but it is her wish that everyone will be there in heart and spirit. Not happy about the streaming problems, have been waiting a long time to see my corps perform and this has been a terrible experience and I'M sure with no financial consideration to loyal fans!!! What did I pay for again???
