  1. Thats right Ohio is representing. My minivan is now oficially full. I have Me,Don,Evan,Becka,Beckas friend(name?) and Evans friend(name?). So all 6 seats are full. We will be packed in like sardines, and when we pull into central square we are going to need some help to peel us out of the van.... ^OO^ lol. One thing is for sure the Brigs will get 100% from the B.O.G. Does anybody know how many horns we are going to have at the first camp in April?
  2. The B.O.G group starts in Columbus,Ohio , picks up a couple in Cleveland and drives straight through to Syracuse. If there is anybody in Ohio I have 1 seat available. If you are coming from Dayton. Then Columbus is on your way. You can meet me in C-bus and I will take you the rest of the way. All I ask for is help with gas. The average cost of gas for the weekend trip is between $25 to $35 for the weekend per person. That is very cheap. Remember 1 seat available, PLEASE get with Dave Keck or I to save that seat. 3. Hey Dave unfortunately I was not able to successfully recruit the contra player who marched Caveliers in 87. He is one of the directors for Lake Erie Regiment and he said his summer will be busy working with them. I went ahead and gave him a copy of the contra part to this years show and he was blown away. He said the contra part rocked. He was regretful. So I do have a seat open on the B.O.G. (Brigs Ohio Group) Minivan. If there is anybody in the Ohio area who needs a ride let me know. 4. O.K. guys let me tell you what the status is for the B.O.G. (Brigs Ohio Group). As of now I have 4 people that ride with me in my 6 passenger minivan, they are Me (gerald) Don, Evan, and Becka. Don said that he has a friend from Bluecoats who plays Baritone. And the odds are good that my daughters Band teacher who played Contra with the Cavaliers in 87 will be marching with us. That makes 6 people. Now I can tell you that with just 4 people there instruments and stuff for staying overnight the minivan is packed tight. So if there is anybody from the Ohio area they might need to provide there own ride. Gerald Air Baritone
  5. Hey Damon since you are coming from England, please bring me a Chelsea :) jersey. There my favorite team in the premiership. Sadly my wife is a Man U fan <**> , and my son is a Liverpool fan <**> . I would love to rub there face in a Chelsea jersey. This is my first year marching with the Brigs so I am looking forward to meeting you. By the way what do you play?
  6. Hey Don I want a cool Avatar also. I want to be in with the cool crowd. b**bs ...lol
  7. Guys At least you know who you got the flu from. I still do not know who gave me the flu. Now as for your revenge :P . I will get even with you White Sabres style - - lol.
  8. Hello Brigs The schedule this weekend ask for everyone to meet at the corps hall this weekend. Is that at Central Square Middle School? or is that the Bingo hall. I know that sounds like an ignorant question but I need to know so I can plan the trip tommorrow from Ohio. Also Don will not be able to make the camp this weekend, unfortunately he also has the flu :( . So he will be at the April camp. :) Also does anybody have the address to corps hall if it is different from the Middle School?
  9. I'm surprised that no one has brought up 82 Phantom. I mean they were undefeated the whole season ^OO^ and come up 4th in the finals that year . I have met a few members of that corps and they have always believed that for some reason the judges did'nt like them. I mean it is hard to argue against. How many corps in the last 30 years have been undefeated all season and have not won DCI? If you check drum corps history you will find out it's happened more to Phantom than probably any other corps out there. Now let the mayhem begin b**bs Gerald
  10. Wonderful kick booty camp. As for the weather report for the weekend, I hope it is wrong. When I was getting back from camp last night I noticed I was coming down with a cold. However I woke up this morning with a 103 degree fever. Yes that is correct I have the flu <**> :( . That being said flu or not I will be at the camp this weekend and marching in the parade. b**bs . Wayne Downey was awesome, we are going to rock this year . Gerald (Air Baritone) P.S. Air Baritone was a nickname given to me by a fellow corps member. For those that don't understand watch the channel 10 report.
  11. Wayne Downey is coming? b**bs Surely You must be Joking? No I'n not joking and don't call me Shirley w/Stp:
  12. Band is good <**> Oh your punishment will be swift for the use of the "B" word. You will be given the evil task of finding us a SHRUBBERY .
  13. On the drive back to Ohio after last camp all Evan, Don, and I could talk about was how this was going to be an incredible season. I can honestly say it is truly an honor to march with the Brigs. Unfortunately I have had some rather negative e-mails from friends telling me that the Brigs are going to fold this season because of the "Bingo Loss". I let my friends know that this is a little obstacle in our upcoming incredible season. And when they see us in Scranton we will simply blow there socks off. Can't wait for the upcoming camp this weekend. And if there is anybody in Ohio who wants to march please let me know. I have 2 seats available in my minivan. I leave from Columbus, which is central Ohio. All I will need help with is gas. Last camp only 2 other people (Don & Evan) accompanied me and it only cost the around $30 for gas :) . Looking forward to meeting Wayne Downing. Looking forward to playing with the best Bari line in DCA. See you all at camp this weekend Gerald
