Was it not a stretch for anyone in 2003 when it was in Orlando. I think it doesn't hurt DCI to have Finals out west once in a while, it certainly makes it easier for those of us who can't neccesarily afford to go east all the time. Just think of it this way it is only fair to have it on the west coast once in a while for those corps that cannot afford to make it to finals. So what if there are more in the midwest and east, does that mean the west coast corps don't deserve to be able to compete? Common sense in my opinion.

I completely agree. This show is excellent and I think that the narration definately adds to the over all show. Having been a student of Kurt's I know that he is capable of amazing things and this 2005 Cascades show is simply that, amazing. It is people like Kurt that make this activity exciting, he has always had fresh ideas and is wonderful to work with. Continue on with your excellent flight Cascades!!! Go get 'em Kurt!

I was looking into driving to Denver because it is such a great lineup but after a 16 hour drive I can't see spending $45 for a show when I can see quarters for under 30 and have 24 div. 1 corps. Just makes it tough for us poor college students.

Call me crazy but when it comes to show design and giving out points, the only opinion that matters is that of the green shirts on the field and in the box. And for the record I know for a fact that the judges very much like the scades show and can see that it has a lot of potential. So grow up and treat these people with the respect they deserve, god knows they are doing more for this activity than you are by whining. Can't wait to see the show tonight in Spokane, and to give them the support that they deserve.
