Actually she tryed out for trumpet with no prior trumpet experience, either way, I know that the general consensus is they are all happy with the NEW guard staff as opposed to the old. Even though they are only pushing a prop, they still got the whole corps experience and thats what it's all about, really.

Yes they do. They originally tried out for guard spots but were given this task by the previous guard staff.
