Which corps are gonna be up in the top spots in div III?

Any thoughts about the Spokane Thunder 2006 show? Just wondering what people out there thought about it. Anyone here about velvet knights coming out this year? Im excired to see them out a agian!!!

You have to put in perspective that some of the divIII corps went home after a few shows. Also some of the div III corps havent gone up against other div III corps. Tommorow we end up in Michigan City for our first show agai8nst other div III corps. We hope we do good.

WHAT!!!!!!!!!! WOW people are wrong.Thats pretty funny. We are all seperate corps. Believe me I marched in thunder for two years now. Oregon is a totally different corps. The cascades are totally differrent also. Who ever your sources are they are wrong.

well that is kinda weird that are colors are close to the same but we all are seperate drum corps if thats what you mean.

snares- 3 tenors- 2 bases- 4 front- dont know not many 6? we are very small and Im not positve if this 100% correct about 95% sure

When you first start learning drill use your dots. After you have learned them I say go with the form.

Wow becca Ididnt know!! lol. well since Im in your section I would say bring lots of valve oil, water, sunsreen (its a must) A backpack and dont worry about movies!!! Last year on the 1st day of tour we were in kennwick( 2 hours after tour started) we stoped to eat lunch and alot of us went to a movie store. They had a great deal. Buy two movie out of the clearence rack get 3 for free. So we bought tons and tons......... and tons movies. Bring everykind of clothing because one day it will bee 100 degrees then it would be 40 degrees in the next town. You dont have to rember all this just because I help you when tour is about to start. We have a girl contra player in Thunder. She is doing really good for never playing it. She played Baritone last year. I think anyone can play contra. We have a total of 8 players!! tran

Hey my horn teacher is selling a Conn 28D?? Im not positive what it was. But it has a custom lead pipe and a detachable bell from Lawson. Um.... the price is 2,000 dollars since I'm one of her students. Should I go for it??? Need help!!! Sorry kind off the topic.

31C2 is what I have. I really like how wider the rim is. Mine is gold plated also and it feels nice on my lips.I bought it from a Horn Teacher in the spokane area. Thats what i would recomend!!! Tran

In thunder we are using F melos from kanstul!!! I really like them.

For I&E Competition I'm Going to take my French Horn. I might be invloved in a Brass Quintet playing a bach piece. We played it for solo & ensemble and made it to state. Our State competition is in Ellensberg, WA on the 29th of April. We think that if we all play the same piece then it will be really good by the time I&E comes around. But to your answer it depends if you are going to to do a solo or a ensemble. If Solo a cool peice is ( for mello or horns) Sonata for French Horn and Piano OP.17 By Beethoven (My Favorite). For some Enseble pieces I would recomend Actually i dont know because I have only played a few Horn Trios, Quartets, ect. I Really like playing in Brass ensembles and playing solos. I would play a French Horn instead though, but thats me. I hoped i Have helped a little bit. Sorry if I didnt help. here are some sites for good Solos.
