Don't forget the original drum corps/reality star Bob Amaya. He was on the Gong Show in the mid-70's spinning a rifle in a Kingsmen uniform. You can find the clip on YouTube.

The guard got their new uni's in 1981 but the jackets were the same.

12 rifles isn't so crazy. All my years in BD we had 12 full-time rifles...except for 1975 when we had 14!!!

Mitch, do you remember when you guys stayed with us (BD) at the school in Stillwater? I can't remember whether it was 1976 or 1977. We couldn't walk to the bathroom without being "rated" by a large group of Cavies boys.
