Blue Alumns, volunteers, & parents! We are holding our second annual We will be holding our alumni BlueBQ this summer the day before Allentown. Here is the info: Alumni BlueBQ - Mexican Style - When: Thursday August 3rd (see tentative schedule below) - Where: Housing - Conrad Weiser in Robesonia, PA - Event Address: 44 Big Spring Road Robesonia, PA - Who: all Blue alumni & family, volunteer, staff, & members - Cost: $20 for alumni, $10 kids age 4 to 13, free under age 4, & $25 for all other guests - All profits from the BlueBQ will go to the Bluecoats Alumni Association, which funds programs for alumni & members. - How: Purchase your BlueBQ tickets at BlueBQ Tickets - Why: Come hang out with your Blue family - old & new. See the 2006 Bluecoats practice. Attend/participate in a history presentation for the members. Spend time with corps. Be there to hear all of the new quotes first hand. Laugh until your stomach muscles feel like you're marching again! - Hotel Info: Days Inn - 2299 Lancaster Pike Reading, PA Phone - 610-777-7888. There is a block of 15 rooms reserved at a special Bluecoats rate of $72, but you MUST mention Bluecoats to get the special rate. All rooms must be booked by 7/9 to get the $72 rate.
