Well if you add up the caption placements:
Blue Knights 1st GE, 1st Vis, 1st Mus = 3, average placement 1
Academy 3rd GE, 3rd Vis, 4th Mus = 10, average placement 3.333
Colts 4th GE, 4th Vis, 2nd Mus = 10, average placement 3.333
Glassmen 5th GE, 2nd Vis, 3rd Mus = 10, average placement 3.333
Blue Stars 2nd GE, 7th Vis, 5th Mus = 14, average placement 4.667
With Academy, Colts, and Glassmen all getting the same average placement the scores seem just about right to me with just tenths seperating the corps. Not that I agree with the judges with the placements/scores, just explaining how they get second as compared to the others.
