well my days switch out like crazy! one week i'll go in tuesday - friday, then saturday off, go in sunday and monday off tues and wed, go back in thurs and Fri, off sat then go in sun - wed and off thurs - mon... and thats how it switches out all every month!

So as the high school marching band season starts up... i grow happy... but yet i've been out of high school since 2005... Lucky i got to march DCA my junior year in carolina gold! and well its never left my blood i want to come back so bad! that I just now bought a new drum pad, blue devils book of percussion... looking for more stuff to help me too... well anyways the problem is I just got a job at BMW and i work 3rd shift.... and thats the only thing in my way... i know i'm getting prepared for next season because I'm just not read in this season... but BMW is pretty strickt when it comes to asking off... what is a person to do?

So i've heard they did a Full Sweeney Todd show?!?! if so and if i'm not mistaken isn't sweeney todd about a barber that gets revenge by slitting peoples throats and turning them into pies? so how exactly did they pull it off? any props or just all music? i'm intreged by this show that i would like to hand the idea to the director of the school I'm teaching at since it would be a better show than what they are doing now, sunday morning news blah!

Tattoos are art just like the music we play and the shapes we make i don't see how anybody can be against tattooing that has anything to deal with music!

Don't worry ears didn't hurt i know how you felt i still waited till i was 18 to get mine! but i've heard tattoos are addicting and only feel kind like sunburn depending on where you get it at

i'm thinking about getting one for my year in Carolina Gold, But i don't know what i could possibly get? my right arms gonna be a john bonham tattoo, left arm a skeleton bride and groom (to rep til death do us part, because thats something i believe in), back of my neck Bass Clef, and my inner right arm i'm getting a CFH, so the CG tat would go on my inner left arm once i find out what!

okay so I know in marching band there was a rule about Playing Religious music, is this a rule in DCI too?

so what if the judge has friends in the corps and thats why they picked him or her!?! so is there enough trust in the ppl that run the DCA comps to say what if somebody in the hornline hit a wrong note and I.E he was supposed to take off 5 points for that but only took 2! i know that prolly wouldn't happen but there are some evil ppl in the world!

Do you have to be a certain age to be a DCA Drum major or have marched with the corps for a few years? now with that said how do the judges get picked?

a long time ago, believe during a cadets performance, i've heard ppl talking about somebody running across the middle of the feild he was or wasn't in the corps idk but he was being chased by police, anybody else know of this?

Also in gold you got the lunch table ham sandwitchs stacked as high as you want that was some good stuff!

i hate to ask this but whats the dif between a euphonium and Bari? i thought they were the same just one was bigger?
