  1. The Members and Staff of the Citations Drum and Bugle Corps want to extend our sincerest congratulations to our Staff Coordinator and friend, Richard Rigolini on his induction into the Massachusetts Drum Corps Hall of Fame. Richie is a consummate professional, and an exceptionally gifted instructor, as evidenced by his long track record of success. But beyond the numerous medals, trophies and rings however, the evidence of Richie's dedication to his craft can be seen in the most important of places....his students. For Rich, the reward comes not in the personal recognition, but in the performance of his students. He places their success first and foremost above all else, and his students return that dedication with unyielding persistence and effort to perform. His ability to motivate is at the core of all his success. Many of his former students have taken his lessons and gone on to be gifted teachers in their own right, but with the knowledge that they can always turn back to their old friend for advice and encouragement. We can think of no one more deserving of selection to the Hall of Fame, and we look forward to many more seasons together creating memories of performances that will last a lifetime, thanks to his dedication to the students and love for the activity. From your drum corps family, congrats Rich, thanks for everything!
