Safe to say there’s gonna be a delayed showtime for the Denton show forecast of 104 for the high, not gonna dip too much before 7, although idk at what temperature organizers at other shows that were scorchers they thought would be good to start. Wasn’t the Arizona show really hot too?

If it was AZ it was too hot for anything. Misters over the field would help but not good for the electronics.

I’m pretty sure he meant we haven’t seen a score from them since the weekend and won’t see another til Friday. Unlike almost everyone else. But I could be wrong. Some corps will have posted 3 in that gap.

And so have other corps. Not dissin’ on Cavies but how are their days practicing that much better than any other corps?

And yet genius at the same time. Like the whole butter on the bread and then using the bread to butter your corn on the cob thing. I think that was in E.T. if I remember correctly. God I'm old....

We are not old, we just got an earlier start at life.

Alumni corps of this generation all have plenty of great music to play. The bigger question is: if drum corps lasts 20-25+ more years, what will alumni corps have at their disposal to play (that the audience can recognize and enjoy listening to)??

    Elsa’s!

First time streamers were used was 1982 Spartacus- when Romans killed the rebels the red streamers was the bloodshed.  In 1983 they were multi-color at end of 1812 Overture; crowd had them too.

I remember we used to sell rolled streamers at the souvie truck for a few seasons.
