How do you get that good corps snare sound?

Try White max heads on the bottom, too. We do that here in my Corps and the Snares (When properly tuned) sound sweet -
4th bass of 5. We're doin pretty #### well too, check out the 'Corpvets rock Rockmart' thread in the Senior forum for some of our fanmail B)
