If DCA reinstates them, I will get a refund for my plane ticket to State College, Pennsylvania that I’ve already purchased, I’ll give my show tickets away, and I’ll never attend another DCA championships.

They also lied to the North Central College President and the campus police that Morgan Larson was on campus. A volunteer spoke up and pointed Larson out to them and he was escorted off campus. Btw, there has never been another drum corps on that campus in any capacity since. Not for rehearsal or another show.

And how will that change with the same people on the board and in other positions of authority? Answer: It won’t.

They aren’t much good at drum corps but they’ve perfected the blame game. All their failures are always someone else’s fault. I expect this will continue if DCA reinstates them. Which would be beyond belief after this damning article in the Philadelphia Inquirer. I am really intrigued by their feigning ignorance, however. That is beyond belief.

Morgan Larson was in Midwest Connection last summer. A Soundsport group under the Cavaliers umbrella.

I thought I knew everything about the Morgan Larson saga. I was wrong. When I read about him dating the developmentally disabled woman, my jaw dropped. I had a hard time sleeping last night with that revelation. There’s a special place in hell for that.

When a situation calls for honesty, contrition, and remorse, instead they double down on the feigned ignorance. We aren’t talking about 20 year olds. We’re talking about full blown adults who willfully participated in what they had to know was wrong. At least, I hope they knew it was wrong. I’ve always said there’s the right way, the wrong way, and the Kiltie way.

The Renegades were suspended for far less. Just sayin ‘.
