Funny, YOU didn’t answer as to where the money went? Why wasn’t it reported to the State or IRS? It’s pretty simple. Because I trusted YOU, Jim Hager and YOU betrayed both George and I my Parents and this Proud Organization. We thought we were contributing to a Scholarship fund in my Parents name We had NO idea you were planning to destroy us! Because we thought we were going to work TOGETHER Jim, remember? You've been lying SO long you don’t know what the Truth is anymore. YOU went behind our backs with ALL our information, Rosters, addresses and Email addresses of Everyone that WE contacted and turned it over to my Sisters so YOU and THEY could start a smear campaign, and take over the Organization. YOU were and ARE their Mouthpiece, You told me YOU were in control of Fundraising for the Foundation. Thats when things got heated and George and You almost got into a physical altercation. It was too late, you had us backed in a corner and the damage done. You BLINDSIDED us. YOU lied and betrayed us, and YOUR Family. We had NO idea what your plans were. We had NO idea what YOU and Joanne had done. Loyal Alumni came forward and told us, we were Devastated. How Could You sit at the same table, look us in the eyes and Betray us like that Jim, knowing full well you were planning our Destruction. It was OUR Legacy Reunion Honoring OUR Parents and Dad’s last wishes. Why did Dad Tell ME to save The Name and the Organization? I was THERE with Him EVERY DAY and NIGHT. WHERE WERE YOU? Dad said YOU serve NO One but yourself. HE WAS RIGHT!!! What Legacy will YOU leave behind Jim? You Helped to try and destroy the 27th Lancers. How Proud you must be. I can’t believe the arrogance of you coming back on here. Your a sick Man Jim Hager. I will pray for You, Please get Help! You can’t say YOU didn’t know that 76% of Solicited Donations went to PERSONAL expenses (which is ILLEGAL). DID YOU KNOW? Of Course you did How could you not know? Or was Your Plane fare or room or bar bill paid for by those same donations? YOU are in charge of Fundraising??? So that means You’re complicit too!!! George and I had NO IDEA what was going on We trusted YOU, and THAT was the biggest mistake we ever made!!!

I think you are Confused. Rightfully so. You are allowed to take expenses that you incurred by running an event or overhead expenses and those expenses come right off the top of your revenue for the year. Those expenses were taken off what I posted. Those are $34,577 in 9 years. OTHER Expenses are what the IRS wants an explanation for because the 990 EZ form gives you Every opportunity to claim viable expenses on the form to keep you Honest. These expenses that I quoted from their returns are “Other” expenses. Other than Administrative or Overhead expenses. Their Overhead and costs to run events for 9 years amounted to $34,577. That amount was taken off their total revenue and is why it sits at $75,000. They took in over $100,000 in 10 years. They spent $52,027 on “Other” personal expenses. Not on overhead or Administrative expenses. Does this make it clearer? It’s all on the returns that the Foundation reported to the State and the IRS. It’s public information because they are a Public Charity.

I’ve answered this but I will do it again The 27th Lancers Drum and Bugle Corps is NOT a non profit Organization. In 1986 the State of Massachusetts shut us down. Took the busses, equipment, uniforms and my Parents Hopes and Dreams for the Corps. Our Non profit status was taken away as well. In 1995 Dad and I revived the Corps and re applied stating that we wanted to revive the Organization to teach Music and Educate interested Individuals in the Marching Arts. The State and the IRS are in charge of Non profit status. We are still Pending. We DO Not have a Non Profit Status. This Organization has been non Hold since 2017 because of the Foundation. The Court system is extremely slow on top of Covid protocols. Now the Attorney General is involved. So here we go again. Hurry up and wait.

Hmmmm, let me see. I gave the Bonfiglio Foundation $500 on behalf of the 27th Lancers which we had earmarked for a scholarship fund. I wonder where that went? Since no scholarships were given or an accounting to the state either. Actually they said they had no revenue that year. If your looking for me to answer that question, I’ll tell you what, I will answer it if you reveal who you are! Especially after Thanking the Staff of Cadets last year. Hmmmm. Who would do that, and also answer questions about WGI. Hmmmm, who would do that? I owe You No explanation of what we have done or will do in the Future We will see what happens after the Attorney General is done with the investigation.

Well, if you don’t think that spending 76% of solicited charitable contributions on Personal expenses, spending in some years MORE than you took in for the year or putting your Husband and children on the Board of Directors or creating a Business and hiding as a SECRET Organization and NOT making your books available to the public like your legally supposed to, or how about being in business 10 years and Soliciting and Collecting $74,000 and spending $52,000 in personal expenses. But $10,000 was given in scholarships. HOW DID THAT HELP ANYONE BUT THE 2 or more PEOPLE WHO GOT TO SPEND $52,000 without ANY ACCOUNTABILITY??? Except for 5 Superior Court Judges and 12+ jurors who found them GUILTY of Deceptive Business Practices, Trademark Infringement and Misuse of Funds intended fir a charitable cause!!! What was your question again fifer?

Well, I can Proudly attest that You marched with the 27th Lancers in 1979. We didn’t have much but we had each other. It was an Incredible Year with Phenomenal People!!! Much Love my Friend!!!♥️🙏🏻🇧🇪♥️

My Sisters cut ALL contact with George and I. We had no idea what was going on. When George did get thru to them they lied to him. We didn’t know what the Foundation was or what was going on until one of our Alumni told us to check the Massachusetts Corporate Website because they had filed. I got Denise on the phone on speaker(with her permission so my Husband could hear her response as well) she said my Dad dead and will Never make another Stupid decision and she was taking over. I told her what she was doing was Illegal and this is NOT what Dad wanted and she told me to ….off. She said she didn’t want my opinion didn’t need to get anyone’s opinion because this was HER ……. Foundation. I told her she was forcing me to take this to court, she said DO IT. They both showed up at George’s restaurant and had a very loud argument with George in the restaurant and He threw them out. They both told him to take them to court. We did. When you conspire to do wrong, you get caught. It’s that simple. You can’t claim your a Public Charity and spend 76% of the Charitable Contributions that were collected in her Parents name under false pretenses. How do I feel? Terrible! This is my Family. This is my 27th Family that my Parents and my Family spent every Day of our Lives contributing to. I STILL do on a daily basis. This isn’t easy, this is Awful. Seeing screen shots of what is being said about George and I on the Foundation Secret Group page. If your a Public Charity, WHY would you be a SECRET group on Facebook if you doing Nothing wrong!!! None of this should have happened Jim. You should know, after all. If you’re concerns are Valid and actually CARE about George and Patsy and EVERYTHING they sacrificed for the Children they Loved and the Corps they Created, WHY WOULD YOU BE SO VICIOUS here Why not take the High road instead of spewing venom here.

There have been MANY discussions here about My 27th Family and I would Love to clear up any Questions or concerns and maybe you all can understand that when your Parents spent their entire Lives Selflessly Helping children and can’t be here to defend or speak for themselves SOMEONE has to make the tough decisions and “DO THE RIGHT THING” no matter the cost.
