  1. Congratulations on your 80th! Nice way to end the season!
  2. I wonder if any founding members are still alive and possibly in Rochester tonight...
  3. Bass feature was a memorable moment... both musically and visually
  4. Contras really know how to keep pulse when "walking"
  5. Bust of Orange color at the end with brass charging forward = super effective!
  6. Ending of that production is quite effective with the drill cross throughs!
  7. Percussion groove against the brass worked very well. Nice completion of this production.
  8. Fabric is working much better tonight!! Recoils, etc...
  9. Ok Sun... let's see you bring even more to the field tonight!
  10. Thank you SoCal for not going for the cheesey musical selections that could have easily been selected. Nice job! Making the West Coast proud....
  11. ...and then we cap it off with an amazing sop/mello duet!
  12. What a sweet baritone solo sound! Nicest moment so far for me!
  13. Apparently, a Borg ship ship made its way into the show... Cadet Borg?
  14. DCA FInals... oh yeah! I notice there's a yellow tribble on this computer right as I'm watching So Cal Dream's opener!
  15. Reading Buccaneers: Amazing opening percussion set up into the "Blue Era" vocal. Then enters the wall of sound! Way to go brass. Gorgeous low brass sound for the "Promise of Living". Some minor intonation issues prior to the impact but once you got there... amazing! Ah.... the feel of the Ginastera. The pulse was nicely controlled. Wow! Great contra feature in Rhapsody. Then the baritones answer right back with the same quality! Nice closing drill....and you are PLAYING!!!
  16. Empire Statesmen: I'll have to admit, I was blown back by the beginning of this show. Fast forward to Taps for Maynard....wow this is touching. How reverent and beautiful! Thank you for this tender moment. Closer is selling well. Love the trumpets on the stage. It is wonderful to hear the trumpet greats in the activity tonight. Congratulations on a wonderful tribute!
  17. Caballeros: All right my friends, lets see what you got!! As always, the corps comes on the field with a presence that can only be considered Caballero! Wow! What an opening statement. I like the pacing of the program a lot. I'm very glad to see that you don't shy away from technique. Guard support is quite beautiful. Yeah drumline...tasty writing Gary! Whoa pit...where did you come from? Nice technique! Laura... what a great presentation of your solo. Sweet sound! I was wondering how you were going to do the rumps....nicely done! Beautiful show! Congratulations!
