John Marino ... excellent percussionist ... probably the BEST that came out of the Bridgemen drum corps in all its history .... God bless him ... also, an excellent human being .... ... as for Larry ... he took me to my prom in '84 ... he doesn't fake anything .... ... all kidding aside, I was honored to have marched in the Bridgemen in the early '80s to 1984 ... great people at the time, awesome friends for life, and an incredible experience ....

yeah ... drum corps ... yep ... that's it ....

*ahem* ... Go Bushwackers on your first show! Can't wait to see you all soon! and, Congrats to Bucs for your win ... and for Cabs ... I didn't see your uniform, but I did see your guard last year and thought you were wonderful .. I'm sure you're continuing in that fashion and that level of performance, so good for you! Rock on everyone in 2008! :)

Where's the guard? Do you have any video when the guard was there? Would be nice to see ... :)

Any hints or suggestions I can use to help explain a basic spin? I know that my question sounds very simple, but as much as I can spin, it's hard to put the basics into words. Some of the girls have gotten the idea at my first HS guard rehearsal, but others just couldn't get it. If any of you have any words of insight, it'd be much appreciated. Tommy ... again, on behalf of the Bushwackers, thank you for your corps' support ... the Bushwackers have been rehearsing and learning their show on schedule thanks to you and many others in our drum corps community ... wishing you a wonderful time at the wedding too ... :) I'm looking forward to the TOS .. can't wait to see a few corps on my list ... good times .... and, the Cadets ... awesome! ... Thanks! And, you icon picture reminds me of my old Bayonne Kidets uniform back in the late 1970's .... we moved from the dark green to the blue, and it was VERY similar to the one in your picture ... :)
