When I saw both BD and PR in Columbia, MO 2 weeks ago, it was no contest. Phantom had a much cleaner, musical book, as I would expect from Paul. I'm not really sure how they dropped from a strong 1st the last 3 weeks, or so, down to 3rd. At any rate, PR had my favorite book to listen to both in the lot and on the field. BD's book sounded like an exercise when I heard it on it's own.

I work with Blue Valley West HS in Overland Park, KS (KC suburb). We're one of a couple of schools in the area that compete in BOA competitions as well as indoor percussion. I may need some help this fall (if we can afford it) as my techs had to leave after the summer. At any rate, I may be able to get you some numbers of other schools as well. Matt Arnet
