every rudiment is my faverote... i love drums and they are fun. if you play somthing and don't think its fun you arent a real drummer to have enough passion for your craft to take the time nad learn more of the easiest and the hardest and to have fun while doing it...

i only read the first post.... ifi am not mistaking they had 9 snares, 4 tenors and 5 basses. after tori gotten injured she was unable to march so they were left with 8 snares.... hope this helps

i prefer the T-bar for quads for the extra space to move around with.. the vests are mkore comfterbal for snare and since you have but 1-3 playing positions that makes it better in my opinion...

if i make it it would truely be one of the best moments of my life and if i dont i have had an experience of a life time.. :D eitherway i am happy. i just want to know about exactly how tough it is boing to be like marching wise... chopwise i think i am alright

i have marched in parades and stuff. i use the cavalier tecnique. i have transcribed 2001 bd tenor solo 2003 crossmen tenor solo, 2003 bd bass solo off the lot and alolt of stuff... i breezed threw the 2003 cavalier tenor exerpt but i never did the ONFIELD drills... drums were just pitted. just yesterday at my band compitition we revieved a perfect score for percussion no award due to the lack of money for the trophee.

Saying this by only reading the topic post and about 5 more after... I have seen the lot vids, a bit of the cadets show, a bit of the devs show, all ofthe crossmen show 'n some other stuff but in my opinion i think the Devs should of won... I'm not shure if they did though, been to cought up doin my stuff to pass school to realy check it out.

I am trying to write a little Ditty/13th hour but a bit simpler, just a bit ;) :D i just dont know what it would need. I started with a flam exersize, sorta like a shopping spree and it just went to realy hard groovy than down to ####. If anyone can help that would be cool. thanks, joE :D

Is anyone going to be trying out this year or have already tried out... How tough is it goin' to be for an experienced 15 yearold that NAVER marched ONFIELD preformances? Just simply diddnt have the equip to march :(
