Hey everyone, Just got back from the first 3 days of all-days in Jacksonville. Things are going well and the show is going to be very exciting. I saw the post about my being asked to work....Donny you know I don't hold a candle to you....I used to be one h$#^ of a hornman...but you know what happens when you start teaching elementary kids. Hope all is well...it is great to see and hear such enthusiasm about what you have control over instead of all the things that you don't have control over. Hey everyone, To Joe Stork - I am at Medina, but I resigned from the Marching Band Program a couple of years ago. I am currently the Elementary Band Director in Medina and am working with the Eastridge Marching Band this upcoming fall. My reasons for teaching at Eastridge is just that...to teach. They do not want me at Medina...so I will go somewhere where they want me. The marching activity is in my blood. As everyone knows once you have been bitten by drum corps it is hard to get away. Spirit is doing very well and we will be housed at Albion HS for the Buffalo show ( pending school board approval). Dale Smalley is doing a wonderful job getting everything worked out.
