from what i've been told class A use to be held in the mornings but no one went to it. so they moved it. also the number of class A corps going into finals isn't the same every year. just take a look a past recaps

and their placement shows what happens when you don't evolve. i have nothing against tradition. its important but at the sametime a corps needs to change certain things over time
