  1. Bump Face value, $49.50 each (includes the original fees), $99 for both Can't attend this year, as usual, so selling for face value. I bought a package and have been selling them individually. What's left is one seat each night. Section J, Row 28. One night is seat 4, the other night is seat 7. PM me to purchase. Pay via your choice of Venmo or Cash App and I'll send the PDF. The DCI ticket transfer thing doesn't work.

  3. I have two tickets both nights to Allentown that I can no longer use. Section: J Row: 30 Seats: 9-10 $45 each/night plus the DCI "convenience fee" = $198 I'll sell for the total $198 and get them into Priority Mail to you right away. I can supply a photo if necessary.
  4. I have two seats for each night at Allentown this year that, unfortunately, I can't use. PM to discuss a payment, I'm only looking to get back what I paid for them, and I'll mail them for free. Both Nights, Friday and Saturday, August 1-2, 2014: Section H, Row 15, Seat 8 Section H, Row 15, Seat 9 Total price: $158 (Ticket price plus website convenience fee) I'd prefer to sell them all at once, but if you're interested in only one night or one seat both nights let me know. PLEASE NOTE: There was a printing error on the tickets for Friday night that put 2013 on the date. That was a printing error only, and the tickets are good for this year's show. I can forward the explanatory email from DCI upon request. See photo of the tickets here: http://cl.ly/image/0B1F1n3H263N All the best, Rob
  5. Mike, we would like the tickets for tonight's show. What number can I call you at when we get to the show?
  6. While this will be great for the Crossmen as a name, the corps's base of volunteers, members, and fans in the NE will be moslty lost. I am glad to see Bones shift away from YEA, but at least this year I would expect the vet return rate to be down to no more than 10%. GO BONES
  7. From what I've heard, the Crossmen's staff is well aware of the need to move smarter not harder. The Crossmen simply did not "play the game" the way most of the top corps have learned to. That's yet another reason why the staff needs to stay largely unchanged. The staff is already a wonderful collection of teachers and designers. Now they must learn to work more as one unit and find the strategic approach that will get the Crossmen back to where they used to be. If there is yet another round of wholesale changes to the staff, nothing will be learned, and the lessons of 06 will be lost. Don't forget the admin staff.
  8. Jarret Lipman (sp?) of the Crossmen was a rookie last year when he was assistant and was head dm this year. It is not standard Crossmen policy to allow rookies to audition, but in the end what matters is that the right person gets the job. Anyone in that corps can tell you that he has done a great job.
  9. Personally, I think that major changes are the last thing that the crossmen need. What do most successful corps have that the Crossmen have not for several years? A consistant staff. Ask any member from 06 and they'll tell you that they loved their admin and instructors, especially when compared to previous years.
  10. My understanding is that lately the Cadets have been very strict about moving in on time and attending spring training. The crossmen, on the other hand, are much more relaxed about it. That being said, if you are a good student and your teachers and admin like you, you can often finish classes early and be exempt from the last few weeks of school. I know someone who has done that the last two years with decent success. About graduation though, it will depend on the philosophy of the corps admin whether or not they let you. Personally, I say to go back home for it. Corps is valuable, but so are you high school experiences. I am very glad that I was able to participate in all of the stuff surrounding my hs graduation even though I was never much into all of the social stuff at school. I could go on and on about my and my girlfriend's experience with a similar situation, but if you really want to hear more about it just pm me.
