  1. A fellow co-worker is selling her RV because she has no further use for the RV. Go HERE to see pixs and price.
  2. Correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't the BOA Fan Network used to be free of charge? I remember noticing something different and I went and checked out some of the performances. I wonder why they are charging now. I believe it should be apart of the initial membership of fan network. For members who got the discounted price of $39 towards the end of the drumcorps season, they should have to pay for the BOA fan network.
  3. Yep! It's called the "Machine Gun lullaby" and I have searched all over for a recording of it. It does not appear on the soundtrack or any other media formats. Does anyone have any idea where I could purchase a copy?
  4. Greetings and Salutations, First, I would like to thank everyone for there concern about Trinity Drum and Bugle Corps. I would like to address the concerns that Trinity Drum and Bugle Corps has folded. We have not folded, only have decided not to continue with the DCI Summer Music Games. This decision was made by the Board after they felt we had exhausted all of our means to acquire more funds to keep the Corps on the road. With the high prices of gas and prices going up in the grocery store, it was impossible to continue. This was a tough decision because the kids worked so hard over the summer and came a long ways to prove they were ready to compete with the big dogs of Division II/III. In the decision not to continue it was taken in to account that we did not want to strand the kids on the road and be stuck in a town with no way to get home. The kid’s safety was our first concern and we would NEVER jeopardize their safety. As of now all the staff has been released and the future of the Corps falls into the hands of the Board of Directors. I pray and hope that this organization returns to the field of competition. Thanks, Ronald McAdams
  5. Come out and Support Texas Drum Corps!! Click HERE for more information.
  6. Well.....we appreciate your shot out! Yes, Revolution placed 9th in 2001...very impressive. Not sure what you mean about "first year out", but that was their second year out. 05 - Trinity Contra 01 - Revolution Guard Ronald McAdams
  7. Thanks everyone for your well wishes and congratulations! :) We are excited about the upcoming season. If you are still looking for a place to march we still have some spots that have gone unfilled. We are looking to putting about 54 members on the field. Our hornline is full, but we are still looking for marching battery, front ensemble and guard members. If you are interested or would like more information, please email: ask_trinity@trinitydbc.org. Ronald McAdams Corps Manager Trinity DBC
  8. Thanks! :) We look forward to seeing Revolution this year as well in Austin and on Tour. Ronald McAdams Corps Manager
  9. Greetings, I would like to invite anyone who is interested in marching drum corps to come out to our audition camp this weekend. Anyone interested in auditioning for color guard, please email, ccarline@trinitydbc.org, our guard caption head. We still have spots open in our battery and front ensemble sections. The season is shaping up quite nicely and promises to be fun and educational for everyone involved. For more information about our open positions, please visit our website or contact us at ask_trinity@trinitydbc.org.
  10. You can not base any decision on any new or upcoming corps from Texas based on past situations and events. I believe if you truly want to know what a corps is all about you attend a camp as a volunteer or you go to a booster meeting. There are great things happening in Texas, but everything takes time and for people to believe in an organization. I have been fortunate enough to march for both Revolution, in 2001, and Trinity, in 2005. My experience in 2001 was eventful but there is nothing that I would change about the experience. In 2005, when I performed with Trinity it was a new corps and of course there were small mistakes but they learned from them to make their new season even better. Trinity recently held their fall auditions camp back in November and the talent levels were outstanding and the staff is excited about the upcoming season. So before you past any judgment on any corps you might want to check them out first. Thanks, Ronald McAdams
  11. I can not explain why corps are not successful in Texas, but there are currently two corps in Texas. Revolution from San Antonio and Trinity from Seguin that are active corps in division II/III status. Both corps are actively seeking membership for the 2006 season. Revolution DBC Trinity DBC I feel that these organizations do not receive a greater interest because they are not Powerhouse Division I organizations. But that is just my opinion. Thanks, Ronald
