Have a great show. It was the one show we were hoping to make as it is local but the date just will not work. Our babies will be a day old.

Who are Occoquan Heavy Metal?

Glad you asked. I've been waiting for someone to.

Occoquan Heavy Metal (OHM) is a low brass ensemble that is a part of Prince William Community Band. They have some very talented musicians on tuba, baritone/euphonium that perform as part of the PWCB concerts, including former and current military band members. I was very happy when they accepted our invitation to open the show. Since some of us in the corps are also community band members, it provides a good opportunity to showcase another community performing group.
