Mesage Archiving

Please help. I'm trying to archive my 150+ PM's. I've gone through the steps in the control panel twice, once selecting Excel format and once selecting HTMP format. Both times the email I received was complete jibberish as you can see below. Thank you for your help.

A sample of the emails I received:

I've had a look at the issue and have found that the problem is related to the attachment that is sent from the system with the PM messages. After a quick look around the system, I can't find a configuration entry that would be causing the problem, so it may be something in the code itself. A quick search of the software support knowledgebase revealed no clues for a solution.

I'm reluctant to spend a lot of time debugging the code, as we'll be moving to the new version of the forum software in just a couple of weeks. If we could hold-off until then, it would be a big help.

Thanks for your patience,

-john

Will we lose pm's in the move?

No, there should be no data loss in the upgrade. All of our testing to-date has shown that the migration will take nearly a day to complete - but will preserve all of our data.

We're hoping to have everything ready to go for Thanksgiving weekend - when people will be out shopping or spending time with family.
