markdewine
Electric Shock Collars to help cut the time needed to learn drill charts. It's simple. The marching member simply attaches the collar around their neck. The collar is pre-programmed to "zap" the wearer, if they are off their drill spot by plus/minus six inches. A couple of "zaps", and the person quickly learns where they were "supposed" to be. Hey, electronics are the way to go, right? Besides, those old "legacy" members never used this technology, so it MUST be good.
