Avengers Look forward to DCP-I X, Announce Program

The Avengers have just come off a very successful inaugural DCPI season qualifying for Division II semifinals and finishing just 2 spots out finals. "We are very pleased with our results this season," says Avengers Director, Nick Bischoff. "We can only look forward and plan ahead to come out even bigger and better in the summer season." Upon the corps return to Central Florida, prior to parting ways, the members were treated to a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort after a standstill performance at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Theme park guests were treated to the DCPI IX Program "On the Edge of Sanity" as well as some of the corps growing repertoire of encore tunes including "Sing, Sang, Sung", Theme from "Family Guy", and "Malaguena". With that, The Avengers look ahead to the summer, and would like to take this opportunity to announce their DCPI X program:

"Last year's program had a very dark theme, we felt like we wanted to go for something different," says Bischoff. "There is no group more influential in the genre of popular music than The Beatles, and the corps would like to show their respect to probably the greatest band of all time. Though it is a much different program than the winter, you can expect the corps to deliver a solid program with more spectacular performances that are sure to become Avengers trademarks!"
