brassomaniac
We'll perform at 6:30pm, in the intimate setting of the souvie area, prior to the start of the contest. Then, (most of us.. a few have to run to a late gig, in Albany) we'll move to the stadium and kick the show off with the National Anthem. ARRIVE EARLY SO YOU CAN CATCH THE FIRST FULL PERFORMANCE OF OUR 2008 COMPETITION MATERIAL. Still time for a mello and one additional player to find their way to rehearsals and join in the fun! Wednesdays - 6:30-9:00pm. Opportunities are disappearing for this year... we have just 3 horns available for new players: one each mello, bari and tuba. brassomaniac
I know that it seems like we play a lot of stuff. But, to participate in drum corps events you only have to learn the BIG PHAT show... 3 tunes. Not so bad! brassomaniac
Get there early! We perform in the souvie area, at 6:30pm. Up close and personal. I promise you won't be disappointed! The show has something for everyone; An eclectic mix of cartoon music, classical, swing, samba and rhumba.... With lots of improvization, featuring soloists Kevin Hendrick, Paul MacDonald and Terry Gordon; some nice small group and section features; and plenty of fun and surprises! And be sure to stop at our table and say HELLO! Edited June 28, 2008 by brassomaniac
