bobchilds Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 I know I'm in the minority here, but I preferred Cadets WAAAAAAAAAAAY over SCV. From the 87 Legacy DVD, the backdrops and visuals just looked so cheesy. The lovely Byline sent me the high cam version so that I could see it that way and judge for myself. Beautiful yes, but I thought Cadets show was just visually stunning, without having to use backdrops and fuzzy hats to convey the Russian theme.JMHO. Now, now. byline Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 I guess I'm just one of those purists who likes a "clean" look. I don't want "stuff" to tell the story. I want music, drill and equipment work. If you can't do it with just that, you're not doing it right. Normally, I would agree with you.
