Shenandoah Sound Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 Fresh off our successful return to the field in 2008, Virginia’s only all-age drum & bugle corps would like to invite one and all to join us for our 2009 Open House! We are looking forward to an exciting new performance year and we want you to be a part of it. Don’t be afraid if you haven’t played in a while or want to learn something new. If you have the desire, there is a place for you with Shenandoah Sound. Rehearsal will be held from 2:00 – 6:00 pm at Manassas Park High School. M.P.H.S. 8200 Euclid Avenue Manassas Park, VA 20111 The corps will provide instruments and practice flags, but please: Brass – Bring a mouthpiece if you have one. Percussion – Bring sticks/mallets. Guard – Bring a practice flag, rifle or saber if you have one. Shenandoah Sound is… • Time for other necessities in life. • Not restricted by age or ability. • Close to home, work & school. • A reason to play, or play again. • A great activity for the whole family. • The foundation of lifelong friendships.
