One Step
Short shorts and a sports bra. Thought I sometimes cycle through longer spandex shorts when the chub rub gets bad. How can you endure the heat wearing clothes so heavy? And how do you pack enough so that you're not smelling like complete #### (only half #### like the rest of us) every day and still have them fit nicely in a suitcase? I wouldn't dream of taking that many clothes with me.

faramirtook
cotton boxer briefs, underarmor or equivalent shorts, comfortable athletic socks, asics sneakers, a baseball cap, sunglasses without rims, and white practice gloves with no grippies. No shirt if it's about 70ºF; if cooler, the plainest, lightest color shirt I can get my hands on. With requisite SPF (whatever I can find below 30) sunscreen. I prefer 8. I wouldn't dream of taking that many clothes with me. I'm kinda weird, I really don't sweat that much. I'm certainly not dry by the end of practice, but I'm not nearly as sweaty as other people. If I'm out of clothes, I'm out of clothes and I put on whatever I have, but I'm usually fine for practicing.
Penguin
The lighter the better. Mesh shorts are lighter and retain less heat than cargo shorts, so I prefer those. Try wearing the hat backwards from time to time to blur the tan line. Shirt =
