crudirect1 Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 The Rochester Crusader are pleased to announce the addition of Jessica Czachowski as Color Guard caption Head. Along with Sarah Cole as our arranger, this should be an awesome team to head the guard program in 2009. I am also in negotiations with several experienced techs to round out the Staff. Jessica comes to us with the following background: - worked the last 5 years with Oswego High School Marching band, the past 3 yearsshe has designed the colorguard work, and 3 years of designing the Oswego Visual Ensemble. - working this coming marching band season with Jordan Elbridge, designing their color guard work. - working at a dance studio in North Syracuse, Celebrations Dance Center Inc. she has danced for the past 17 years. - marched winterguard with 3rd Legende out of Montreal for 2 winters 04-05. - marched 3 years with the Syracuse Brigadiers 02-04. - marched 2 summers with Carolina Crown, 06 & 07. - marched 5 years with Liverpool High School marching band and 2 years of winterguard. Jessica is currently in Grad school at SU working on her masters in art education. Next guard rehearsal is Feb 22.
