Auburn Purple Lancers All Age Drum and Bugle Corps

Recommended Posts

The Auburn Purple Lancers would like to extend an invitation to all brass players who would like to play in the off season and help out the newly reformed Purple Lancers at the same time. Dick Gagliardi, corps director for the Purple Lancers, would like to hear from you if you are interested in playing a few "gigs" during the winter and having some fun at the same time. Please contact Dick at the Purple Lancers web page. He will be more than happy to fill you in on the details.

(Thanks for the suggestions, wasn't sure I could do that)

All contact information can be done through their website.

(And for the newbies, or should I say young folk, who never heard of the Auburn Purple Lancers, they were established 1949 and folded in 1974 and could kick some butt too!)

Auburn, New York is southwest of Syracuse, east of Rochester, right smack dab in the middle of drum corps country!

As far as dates, if you are interested, start calling now. They would like to get it going as soon as possible. Dick is the kind of guy who will find the places to have a "show" as soon as the horn players are ready.

Hope this helps so see ya all there!!!!

You should list the website address here. There's no way to check out the website for those of use who don't know the address.

List the area of the country.

List the dates/times you're thinking about having your first get-together.

I think you'll have a little more success recruiting with a little more info.

I think it's safe to assume that you've been through this before?
