Returning to lead the 2008 and 2009 World Champion colorguard is the trio of Phillip Traini, Jim Zulick, and John Lemire.

The percussion section of the corps, coming off a 3rd place finish at the 2009 DCA World Championships, will once again be led by Percussion Caption Head Kevin Murphy. Donny Binnette will serve as Caption Supervisor. The battery tech staff consists of Steve Conoscenti, Anthony Bronto, Dave Sleath, and newcomer Mike Hillegis. The front ensemble team consists of arranger Chris Johnson and Mike Blancaflor.

The improved Hurricanes Brass Section will once again be led by Caption Head Justin Mitnik. His tech team will consist of James Covington, Phil Waselik, and Laurie Kunzel.

And lastly, the Visual Staff will be headed again by Jim Zulick. His tech team consists of Joe Roche, Patty Bush, Doug Oravez, Bob Waterhouse, Phil Vizzo, John Hannigan, and Vinny Cataudella. BUMP! Can't wait to see what the Hurcs have in store this year! Go Big Green! If you are on the fence about marching Sr. Drum and Bugle corps this year, I guarantee you will not be upset with the Hurcs! Stop by the open house and check it out. Sunday, 10-5, Shelton High School.

Thanks also to the Shelton High School Marching band, and Winter guard for hosting the corps for the day!

Walkin Proud!

James
