We are on to the 1990s....and it looks like the 90s were a real good year for Blue Devils and Cadets of Bergen County (Color Guard), as you all can see.

So....these are the best brass performances according to the recaps. Pick your favorite, who you think is the best of them all, etc....you know the drill.

BTW, I do believe Cadets won percussion in 1993. I was looking at the list someone gave me of all the caption winners and it looks like we had Star 93 for percussion. Anyway, I think that's the only minor thing...

Star never won percussion until Finals. I believe.

Yeah, I wasn't even looking at the recap....if done by average from all three nights, Cadets would have won. But basically all the voting we are doing is from finals night and yes, Star won percussion finals night.
