You know those flags that SCV used last yr (no, not the very 1st ones, but the ones after that) with the stretchy band attached that allowed them to make even more triangles? I had 2 questions: 1. yesyesyes Posted June 24, 2003 Share Posted June 24, 2003 well i was fortunate enough to get to spin an "elasti-flag" as we called it, and it was just an elastic band taped to either end of the pole with white electrical tape. it sure was a bummer though when that elastic came undone and your flag flew the wrong way!!
