piog1101
Well ive seen guards use both pretty good. But i know people that hate airblade, and others that have will never use rifle's in there show - jjust airblades. So what do you think? I personally like both, but I perfer rifle. The airblade is heavier and I feel that it spins higher than a rifle (Example- A single on airblade looks higher than a single on rifle, or maybe its just me) But when I practice Airblade then transfer to rifle I feel better on rifle. Idk, im confused on the whole topic anyways lol. So yea, what do you think?

classicslv
Didnt the "Airblade" get excluded as a legal piece of equipment? So if you are looking for something to count towards any part of your score i would use a Rifle. The RIFLE will always be around, the Airblade I think is a passing fad. quegrawks
Well, except that manipulation of the equipment can affect the movement caption, and the effects created count toward GE, and possibly the use of the prop to enhance or add to your show design can affect EA, so... the only caption not involved is actually equipment, as airblades (and poles without flags on them) count as "props" Didnt the "Airblade" get excluded as a legal piece of equipment? SpartanGuard
I haven't spun an AirBlade a lot, but from what I can tell, they're pretty different. I agree with and AirBlade being a prop, because it kind of felt like a toy when I was spinning it. A rifle is...a rifle. It's lasted this long and I don't see it going anywhere.
