DrumSpinGirl Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 The Kingston Grenadiers are pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Hadjis to our Visual Design Team Leigh Hadjis has been involved in the Drum Corps activity since 1989. She has marched with several Ontario Drum Corps and finished her marching career with the Bluecoats. She began teaching colour guard in 2000 with the Emerald Knights. She served as the caption head and designer for the Dutch Boy Drum Corps from 2001-2008. In the winters, she ran the Dutch Boy Winterguard from 2002-2005 and then joined the Ventures Winterguard team in 2006, and was there through the 2009 season. In 2010, she did some consulting for the Northcoast Academy Drumline. Most recently, Leigh has spent the last two summers as a Colour Guard Technician for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps from Canton, Ohio. Leigh is going into her 7th year of teaching in the education system and is currently a drama, dance and physical education teacher for the Peel District School Board. She has her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree and a Bachelor of Education Degree. She also teaches various dance classes and workshops around the GTA.
