VBray Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 (edited) The Park City Pride Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps will hold their next music camp on Sunday Feb. 26th from 10am to 5pm at the City Hall Annex - 999 Broad Street in Bridgeport, CT. After completing the new opener " Pride of Sinatra " at the highly successful January camp, Frank Dorritie ( brass arranger ) and John Oddo ( percussion arranger ) will be in attendance to enhance and polish the three minute production. The corps also learned the new intro to " America " - " The House I Live In " by Frank Sinatra. Several new faces were at the last camp, and there are still openings in all sections of the corps and color guard. Anyone from anywhere are welcome to sit in with the corps at monthly camps or at weekly rehearsals every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at the Annex. The corps is preparing for several Spring events including: Saturday March 3 - exhibition at Newtown, CT High School Winter Guard show. Saturday March 10 - St. Patrick's Day parade in Milford, CT. Saturday April 14 - exhibition in York, PA. Saturday April 21 - exhibition at Buglers Hall of Fame in Bridgeport, CT. VBray Posted February 25, 2012 Author Share Posted February 25, 2012 (edited) At the music camp tomorrow 2/26/12, Park City Pride will prepare for an exhibition at the Newtown, CT High School Winter Guard show next Saturday 3/3/12. The show starts at 3pm at the Newtown High School. The camp is open to anyone interested in joining, sitting in with the corps or just enjoy an afternoon of music. The camp is from 10am to 5pm.
