This weekend, the Hawthorne Caballeros will be participating in our annual Tag Day Fund Raising campaign in Hawthorne, NJ. Be on the lookout for our members dressed in our corps uniform pants and as always, we truly appreciate the generous support of our fans and hometown! Full Corps Rehearsal - May 19th and 20th, 2012 The Caballeros will also be rehearsing on Saturday, May 19th and Sunday, May 20th, 2012 at Kohler Parking Lot and Goffle Brook Park. The full corps will be rehearsing from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm on Saturday, and from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Sunday. Details for Sunday's rehearsal locations will be shared at camp on Saturday night, but will be at either Kohler Parking Lot or Goffle Brook Park. (Directions) Interested in Marching? The Caballeros are looking for a few members. 1 Tuba, 1 Baritone, 1 Vibe and 1 Pit Percussionist. And we have a few openings in our colorguard. A great year to wear a sombrero! We will be out on the corners all day...and stop in and say hi at rehearsal.. Brass Line at Goffle all Morning. Guard at Goffle all afternoon with Percussion at Kohler...and then after dinner Brass and Percussion together at Kohler with the guard catching up at Goffle...all rehearsals are Open feel free to stop by and see what's happening in Hawthorne...If you or someone you know would like to march Caballeros this summer let us know we have 2 spots available...m.ryan@cabs.org for details.. Brass and percussion are through the ballad... As per usual the people of Hawthorne were very generous on tag day....Thank Goodness...LOL Still in search of a tuba player... and a xylophone player...If you are interested in filling one of those two spots please get in touch asap. as we start movement 3 on Saturday...Brass get in touch with Russ Batsch at batschr@madisonpuiblicschools.org...
