LStover Posted July 10, 2012 Author Share Posted July 10, 2012 I was at several shows for the first two weeks...volunteering with Spirit. The Bluecoats show is absolutely stunning! Thanks! I can tell you, the corps is very excited about their show this year. Big changes are in the works, possibly to debut as soon as Bowling Green on Wednesday. skywhopper Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 Unrelated, but had to share this tweet: "Drum Cores: the badasses of the marching band world. #DCI#DrumsAcrossNebraska" It is funny to think of the name in terms of "hardcore", "grindcore", "thrashcore", "mathcore", "metalcore", so why not drumcore to signify hardcore marching band? Maybe a couple of little things tonight. my daughter (in the guard) says the new ending is "kick ###".
