jhmabry Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 (edited) After completing its most successful season to date—placing 5th place in Open Class at the 2013 WGI World Championships—Wake Forest Independent is proud and excited to announce the start of its 2014 season. In addition to auditions, which will take place on October 27th at Ronald W. Reagan HS, WFI is also offering two educational clinics in both Western, NC on October 6th at Mars Hill University, and Central, NC on October 13th at Ronald W. Reagan HS. These clinics are a great opportunity for area percussionists to learn from the WFI educational staff and get a head start on audition preparations. The Western NC Clinic also features a master class by Dr. Brian Tinkel, Head of Percussion Studies at Mars Hill University and former Caption Head for the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps.
