lindap Posted October 1, 2013 Share Posted October 1, 2013 I'm dating myself (an old phrase to say I'm old and not going on a date alone) with one guard we'd start with stretches and pilate moves with and with another guard they liked cardio workout with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6_8tt2ZpaAAt each rehearsal each guard member picked their own warmup music.
