victorcoly
Congrats to the Cadets for taking home the drum trophy for a third straight year. Jim Not a slam to Cadets, but should they have really won it?? Word I got from some percussion-heads that were at DCI said the title should have gone to either BD or SCV. Swingitbabe
ummm...when you win 3 nights is a row...and by 3 tenths on finals nightm then there should be no question about it =).
DCIFanOfAllDivisions
trust me... cadets definitely deserved to win... best year of the 3 they've won in my opinion don't forget we have to check out pit when judging percussion... not to mention cadets line was UNREAL SCV was very good also, just not as clean - BD, same thing... good just not clean... Cavies didn't impress me any this year which was odd
debgibble
Yes, kudos to the Cadets percussion, well deserved I'm sure.... Deb
FakeFlam
Add tell me again, after winning their 3rd consecutive percussion title, why does Hoppy want to amplify their pit?
geefunk1026
If Allen Kristiensen says Cadets deserve the win. Then I have to agree. He is my favorite drum judge. Prosperie is great too, and both of them put Cadets on top finals week. Greg
flammaster
Vern showed em how to play Tenor that's for sure! Cuz he learned from the Man!
schleic8
The lesson learned is that playing clean is more important than anything else. SCV did just about everything better than Cadets, but Cadets were cleaner, so they won. We pretty much know that's how it's going to work going into it, but sometimes i get my hopes up that it won't be that way. Jim
