As someone who (along with my little Yorkie "Max") has spent literally hours sitting in the stadium in Castleton watching Aaron teach and clean during spring training, I can attest to the fact that he is top-notch. He is focused like a laser beam and the kids love him. Also, BAC has proven to be visually on top of their game of late, and Aaron Bailey is a huge reason.
